well, the whole movie premise and promos are already a joke waiting to happen:

tagline: "We've Sensed It. We've Seen The Signs. Now... It's Happening" - it's not referencing to his previous movies; it's a reference of sensing and seeing signs of more shitty movies from shyamalan. yea, now, it's happening.

"don't look for the answer. it's already too late" - what is the question?; "Will Shyamalan make another shitty movie?"

the plot: residents of an area suddenly all die/commit suicide for no apparent reason. - well, the real reason is that they actually found out they were acting in another shyamalan movie.

after sixth sense and signs, he was already downhill.

i'm looking forward to the time in space when i can afford ordering the resident evil trilogy set...i only watched the first and i liked it. haven't see apocalypse and extinction tho.

feel like starting to buy those awesome non-blockbuster titles which are a good watch...like some foreign titles...lives of others, persepolis, paprika. they seem like cool movies to watch.

now if only people actually bought my used games...susah mau dpt sales la these titles...

oh and about those 'blu-rays' you see selling for 20 bucks or less? c'mon...definitely bull. even IF they managed to copy it, the disc itself is already more than 50 bucks man. so generous ke selling at 20 bucks?

one shop i saw had a folder titled "Blue Ray DVD". at first i thought the seller got sense of humor, masking biru films. turns out he only had bad spelling and his sense of humor lies in the 'canceling each other out' formats.

maybe he was selling ala combo hd-dvd... blu ray on one side, dvd quality on the other.

htkaki, the CR007 tu memang ade grainy...but tht is intentional i guess? to give tht dirty look. however, i think it's not really noticeable (to my untrained eyes) unless you're actually looking for grain.

so far, scenes like the intro flashback scene in the toilet, can see grain..and a few outdoor scenes...like the first chase scene with the parkour guy..a bit grainy (to my eyes la). so maybe intentional la...like 300.

but to me, CR007 is a flagship title and should be kept in your library.

guys, wanna get ur opinion. how important is 100HZ refresh rate on full HD tvs?

to me, some sets displays that 'live' studio effect cos less motion blur, so when complimented with full hd it looks awesome.

but somehow, some sets have tht 'fast forward' effect like watching movie on 1.5X speed.

so, is the full HD + 100HZ display THE ultimate viewing experience for now?
