nope u can't. btw myb the coming-soon iTunes 7.7 can do it, but it's only for purchased / DRM'ed applications downloaded from the AppStore. yeah including the free softwares from the AppStore.
so for the applications on the jailbreak, nope, iTunes can't do that.
