I would like to apologize to the organisers of the Tbun CEL games 08 prelim for what I did by walking off from my 3rd and 4th placing match. I totally understand if I'm labeled a coward or an 'unsportsman-ship' gamer but hear me out.

I was supposed to be at Taman Jaya station at about 5.45pm for my other activities, which meant that I had to leave Tbun at about 5pm( Wangsa Maju - Taman Jaya = 45 minutes).. My initial plan was to try to get to the finals, and then give my opponent in the finals a walk-over, that way, I qualify for the grand-finals and still manage to leave the place on time. Although my semi-finals match ended at about 4.30pm and I lost, I thought if everything went well, I could still scrap 3rd place, aiming to win the first 2 out of 3 games and leave at about 5pm..

Unfortunately for myself, my opponent wanted some time to warm up( I'm in no way blaming him, as he had every right to do so), resulting in us starting our 1st match at 4.45pm. Reluctantly I played the first match, knowing even if I win the 1st match, I can't get 3rd place as I had to walk out of my other matches, resulting in him getting a walkover win of the other 2 games( but I lost my first match anyway ).

But anywayz, congrats to the winners of the prelims!!

Ok theres a question that i want to ask... EA says that there maybe a patch for CnC3 KW this week... what i want to know is will the qualifiers follow that patch which is 1.01 OR will we be playing on 1.0? cuz if im not wrong the rules says will be on most recent patch please let us know asap

as for tis weekend's prelim. its really coming soon and IF the patch is out within tis week, u will only have like few days to get used to the patch.
our suggestion will be for the CC prelim; we'll be using the 1.0patch. only in the finals, we'll use the latest patch available.

as for the NFS:PS prelim @ FTZ;

we'll be allocated 4 slots instead of 2 to the grand final.

since the nfsPS prelim @ tbun was canceled due to low participant.

what? Patch 1.1 at MV prelims also?

i m not sure if u'r aware of tis bug in C&C3:KW, there a desync bug at the current 1.0 patch.

so far i havnt see the game crash in our last prelim, but its bound to happen when they meet.

so.. there is 2 weeks away after tis FTZ CC Prelim for u guys to try out the new 1.1 patch.

or u guys rather stick to 1.0?

Ermmm.. In my view, all prelims use 1.0... Final use 1.1... So that all players that qualified qualify with same patch, and compete in final with new patch... Patching on final day itself just won't take long time... 1.0 is unbalanced and buggy, but 1.1 also unbalanced, just maybe not that much problem.
