I heard from my relative yesterday who is works in a handphone shop in Sg Wang says C905 got lots of problem with the D-Pad, speaker, hang, etc. And more than 5 units of C905 returned to be warrantied in the past few weeks. All AP sets btw. Original sets not yet launch.

Now don't know if I should get this phone when official launch since so much problems

Somemore bought the Martin Field screen protector for it also

I also heard from my cousin who sell handphones in BB Plaza says that 9 units out 10 units C905 have come back for warranty. All AP units.

Problems like the keypad & d-pad not working, earpiece no sound when got call, etc.

Now thinking should get this phone or not

I'm still waiting for the C905 official launch then only buy. But don't know why take so long. Suppose to be mid December 2008.

I read the vodafone UK forum and some of them have the same problems there for their C905. So not all originals is good.

One good thing their is the 1 on 1 exchange.

Hopefully they fixed the C905 problems before they launch here.

Not worth it to buy AP now and scared regret later if got problems. My 2sen.

Nope. It's plactic. Looks and feels placticky for the black color c905 though.

Golla is a brand. They make pouch for mobile stuffs. Some of the original pouch that came with the Nokia phones are Golla. There a stand in Pavillion and Midvalley.

Or you can get the full body protection of Invisible Shield. Very good product as it is scratch proof. Using it on my PSP now.

I went to SonyEricsson in Taman Segar Cheras and they are selling C905 from Midland for RM1950 after discount from RM1999. Colors available only black and silver. Don't have the copper color.

Wanted to buy with credit card but they charge 5% interest for installment. I remember SonyEricsson Pavillion is 0% interest for installment. Will go tomorrow to Pavillion or BB Plaza to look for cousin who sells handphones

Here is the weird thing. Last time when I played around the AP set, it looks and feels plasticky for the black color set. But the Midland set looks and feels more solid and smooth for the black color set.

Anyway I have bought Martin Field screen protector from Daijoubu in garage sales. Been using this screen protector for my W900i for almost 3 years before changing to the 2nd set. The Martin Field comes with 3 screen protector. 1 for the screen, 1 for the camera lens and 1 for the flash. Really worth it for RM35. Better than those selling around which only give you the screen protector for the screen.

Nope. It's a film that you stick on to the whole phone. You get scratch protection without using those bulky crystal case.

I've tried using a key to scratch it and it doesn't get scratched

16GB M2? Can find in Malaysia? Not available here yet as it was only release by Sandisk. So I don't think anyone got chance to try it out yet. But doesn't the C905 got limit of 8GB?

Just bought my Ice Silver c905 for RM1890 from BB Plaza. Midland set.

Yup full set. C905, battery, hp strap, 2gb m2, hands free, charger, usb cable, m2 adapter to usb.

From midland as got midland sticker on almost everything.

Just stuck the martin field on and pluck in the 8gb m2

How to check production week d?

Heard only black and silver c905 available. The gold and pink not sure or not release.

If you like Windows mobile then by all means go and get it. But do know that Windows mobile got limitation on the screen colors and you are not using M2 but microsdhc for the X1. I was tempted also but the thought of smsing with touchscreen and the microsdhc (cause I got the 8gb M2 for the SE phone) and also the RM3k price tag put me off the X1. The camera is ok only.

The battery also have a manufacturing week there on the sticker. My battery is 08w48.
