currently cam phone stuck at 5mpx, thus it need to progress and advance to next level...thus 8mpx is a breakthrough (hope the pics dont dissapointed)

if you're like the first few to get this, people would be like when you mentioned that your phone has 8MP camera. 8.1MP & 10MP still new to digital cameras.

yeah, for those who will buy c905 when its launch, ppl sure "wow, 8.1mpx" but after other manufacture roll out their 8.1mpx cam phone, then it will be normal
nway, im not changing phone now...perhaps at the end of year might thinking to change phone

I rather see improvements in sensor and lens at 5mp than go to 8.1mp. I dont even print pictures that large,

1.yeah...hope they improve the pics quality not js all talk
2. u might be not, others might be yes...or perhaps others might be not also but they do want higher mpx
3.print or not, is not important, the bigger the number (mpx) and pics quality is all important
4.i guess, if u hv to choose between 2 phones, one 5mpx, one 8.1mpx, more or less same features, n 8.1mpx pics quality better n both more or less not so much diff in price, sure u will pick 8.1mpx afterall, y settle for lower while u can get higher (more or less same price)..got what i mean? so, its not matter print it or not
5.technologies are improving n move fwd, if they can improve both sensor (for better pics quality---hope ) n give higher mpx, y js wanna improve sensor only? give 2 improvements rather than 1....u see, if unofficial SE's blog info is true, then this c905 might be priced at k850's initial price...they manage to pack 8.1mpx+wifi+gps and sell it at that price...so its not matter print it or not

well se should have brought those features on the k850i the wifi and gps, especially since the n82 was being rumored about the same time.
but yeah I agree about getting the one with better mp if it had better or equal quality. I guess in sony ericssons case its making up for lost ground after they screwed up last year with their rereleasing the same stuff again. But in the mean time I'll probably wait on the release, or if a friend gets it play with theirs, still happy with my current camera phone

agree with awong stating that i rather see good improvement in the sensor and imaging processing rather than big megapixel but crap quality.

This C905 price will never go higher than rm 2500
