apeq,

You can go to menu > settings > general tab > update service. Inside you can check your software version and update via 3G, GPRS or wifi. More here: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/ph...905?lc=en&cc=my

You can download the update service application from here and update via your PC with the data cable:

it actually depends very much on individual....some rich people might juz buy the phone without even doing a check before leaving the store, therefore after that, anythin happen, they might juz scold n scold n scold....

as for mine, mine is AP, yet no prob at all so far, and there are alot others using AP also, try read previous posts, all are very satisfied also

you asked "is it possible to save gps maps on C905", so offline maps are what you want.

or, let me guess, you mean you're asking how to save the maps for "google maps", right? first of all, google maps cannot be saved, it can only load in realtime, and will only save a portion in the cache.

so, the conclusion is, you gotta search for "offline maps" for java phones. there're many offline maps for java platform, you search and try them out see which is you prefer.sweat.gif

whether they work with the internal gps, i don't have a clue. google is your best friend.
