and i add up another RM150 for what antivirus program for 2years protection

this is the first time i heard feature phone (non-smartphone) need antivirus. but before we conclude the seller is conning you, check if there's any antivirus software installed on your phone. if nothing, then you're paying for nothing. sweat.gif

btw, i just curious is it really need to pay for the antivirus protection for this phone?

absolutely NOT. This phone can only allow Java apps to run, as all Java apps for mobiles are only run in sandbox mode, meaning that the apps has no direct access to the phone's underlying OS and hardware. Think of running Vista with UAC enabled.

i had this phone for a short while before swaping it for another.

things i did not like :

1) Accelerometer not sensitive and screen flow not fluid.
2) expected more from a 8megapixel cam
3) slight laggyness (for a flagship phone)
4) no front camera.
5) crap battery life
6) fat
7) lousy build quality. feels really plasticky and it makes sounds under pressure

no offense to any users here. just venting off some steam to SE for raising my hopes up so much mad.gif

wow, did u try updating ur firmware thru SEUS 1st? sometimes they improve the UI speed with newer firmwares.
battery life is quite hard to judge now...coz from all the reviews i read online, none of them said that the battery life is bad. hm...
are we all getting the lousier stocks or are the shop ppl trying to con ppl by sellin non-ori batt?

better shutter speed ? whats the use of 8 megapixesl if you have to hold the phone steady for a second before the picture is taken. Laggy as in not smooth transition between menus. It lasted about 1 and a half days on light usage rclxub.gif I would understand if it's a PDA, but it's too short for a normal phone.

Nope, swapped it with a Samsung Innov8 within a week so no updates were available at the time.

they switch from gsm+3g to gsm + wap. 3G consume more battery. Off the wifi connection.

What mode were u using? I know sony's cybershot models have to be held still for certain modes before picture is taken.
