have some question here!

is it normal for the item to be at their Fedex facility for a day +?
worried cause the ETA is tomorrow at 5pm australia time.

and right now the item is not moving from their fedex facility in HK and suddenly the transaction for the game in my debit card is gone and my money is back too.

but from their website, they said order shipped and also they gave me a tracking number for the shipment also. is it normal?
