Bongos and Omen are notorious for not working well when support files are not updated or when the lua code was updated in the patch.
Delete all the bongos and omen lua files and reinstall. For Omen, when using WoWAceUpdater to update it, goto Preferences ==> Update Dependancies (or something like that). See if that works. |

Sometimes the old LUA files also causes issues, even when the addon is turn off.
Or, move zour entire WTF and Addon folder temporarily out of the WoW Folder and run it again. |

No, it's impossible to raid if you're in a terrible area e.g. congestion.
I can raid at 60.52 which is notoriously slow but only in my parent's house in Miri, of all places. |

I turn off Omen GUI when healing. Shouldn't be pulling aggro in single target and if multiple mob tanking for tank, then just drop in smaller heals.
And the RAM advice by noyze does help. Always a good idea to switch regularly. |
