^too bad, samsung uses back their own proprietary port for headset. but there is a adapter that is given along... and that is your 3.5mm jack. smile.gif

Samsung Booth, Ballroom Level3,B1
i think it is also available at PDA expert
Same here, i thought it would be around 2k  sad.gif
Transceiver, Battery Cover,Standard Battery,Travel Charger,Steroe Headset,Data Cable,TVO cable,PC studio CD,English User Manual plus free Omnia Pouch,Digital Photo Frame and Screen Protector.

Just want to get a confirmation from those who have ordered Omnia:

1. Does the standard pack come with TVO cable? Seem it's not standard packed at other places/countries.
2. Isn't Screen Protector supposed to be within the standard pack?

OMNIA concept is trying to hit iphone n they r running on WM + 5MP camera....so 1st thing, i was comparing their multi touch function, not so smooth...when u auto rotate, it seem take 1 second then onli respond, same to their zoom function.....2nd, if they wan WM, i think mine previous diamond oso can beat them....3rd, 5mp, forget bout it....it jus 5MP, tat was so many phone is with 5MP....jus nw i did try to snap photo...after u snap photo, it take 3-5s to save it...again this is normal for samsung phone camera, slow respond...rm2799 for 8gb, is way way expensive la...

overall, if i wan to choose a WM phone, definately tis OMINA will be out of my point, i got plenty of choice out there....yes, mayb they r saying de 1st WM phone with 5MP???.....oh, NO, tis is not for me, their 5MP is below my expectation when talking bout quality and respond time....

lastly, go n try n hold it urself...plastic...nt solid enough...

anyway, just my personal experience here....

i think maybe different country has their own packages.
Like singapore, they bundled with stylus and tv-out only for early bird promotion,
but Malaysia, no stylus and come with TVO cable as a standard pack.
And their special promotion also diffrent;Omnia Pouch + Digital Photo Frame + Screen Protector

Anyway, PDA Expert has gave me cheapo stylus pen, bluetooth headset, microsd reader + kuih bulan as a freegifts smile.gif

Back from PC fair. They told me after PC fair there is no more phone pouch. How true could it be? as wat I know, usually this kinda phone usually come with pouch even after promotion.

I tought so that way, usually this type of phone will come with pouch. might be its just a promotion strategy. Make you believe that if you don't buy it in PC fair you will regret.

ermm... i wont judge it based on iphone but i will judge it based on experience with all the PDAphone i tired b4 including TD. its just too muct for it to be compare with iphone actually becoz WM is still WM; and IMO it is not where to touch iphone's fluid interface, not even TD.

Yeah, totally agree with u... I have tried the touch screen. It's not good as iphone. Eventhough i don't have iphone, but i'm quite familiar with ipod touch. So i think Apple's touch is better. In details, Omnia still needs stylus for proper navigation. If not, u have to use your 'kuku' (nail), difference with iPhone/iPod Touch which is creates specially for finger's touch. I saw the promoter himself face some difficulties in touch screen. I just smile on that, because he keep saying that it's better than iPhone...

About the auto rotate, it takes longer compare to iPhone. If you're familiar with iPhone/iPod Touch, then u will know the differences. One more thing, i have tried the video, the quality also not good as iPhone...

But in functions, i have to admit that Omnia got much than iPhone.

Just my 2 cents...

About the auto rotate, are'nt it suppose to have a sensitivity setting within it as stated by GSMArena? I've seen also in YOutube that the auto rotate hv a fast auto rotate responds.

http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i900_omnia-review-267p4.php

Well for the rest of its features (including it physical) I'll also reserve my comment until I get in hold of omnia personally. It'll be very disappointing if some of the 'not good' about omnia as mentioned above is true.

yes, personal experience, TD 3D FLO is far far below iphone multi touch....but base on my personal feeling on yesteday test, TD still beat down tis OMNIA!!!
