PLUS, if you had tried to register a Konami ID, youd know that not only malaysia is not on the list, HK, SG, CHINA, TAIWAN heck even korea isnt on  the list as well
The possibilities are
1) We don't need KID for the full MGO
2) The region restriction is only built for Beta testing purposes to smoother gameplay or collect specific data
3) all those countries which isnt listed cant play MGO (which isn't possible the way i look at it)

I just played thru 5 areas or so. As a gamer since the age of MS-DOS and Atari days, I can safely say its the BEST GAME EVER!

No joke. GTA 4 can kiss my butt. MGS4 deserves a 11 out of 10.
