I think what he means is whether he still can buy MGS4 at tecasia tonite at 12.00am if he didn't register for e-preorder card with consolegame.com.my.

I think somehow ppl go there intends to buy the game without bringing the preorder card...but i doubt it, since what's purpose for preorder card? just to eligible for lucky draw?

no card, just join the queue and buy normally

If I wish to get a queue at somewhere between 50-80 , what time do I have to be there?
