Yup, N85 slide gets loose easy, in fact every dual slide phone from nokia is the same. N85 is considered much better compared to N95. Speaker not that nice is a fact too but why u wanna hear music from the speaker..buy a headphone or a more decent speaker to plug in lo

yea..not very useful actually..you can turn it on at night, so around the navi wheel that area, will keep blink and dim..so you'll be able to look for your phone at night without switching the light on

with n85, around 50-60 % also can produce nice and adequate sound

All APs(CSL) and Zitron/Avaxx/Sapura are original Nokia set.

the only different is that the APs dealers might provide you a "different" package.

different in size of MMC (APs might provide smaller size of MMC card compare to original package)
different in battery qualities ( APs might provide used battery)
different in charger qualities (3 pins - Malaysia types - Zitron/Avaxx/Sapura ; 2 pins - other country types - mostly APs)
different in phone qualities (APs might selling factory outlet headset which might have minority defect which been rejected(QC) by Zitron/Avaxx/Sapura but still came from original Nokia factory)
different in warranty period (APs 12 months-15 months and accessories 3 months or less ; Original 12 months- headset accessories - 6 months)
different in warranty service (APs sevice center might only open in weekdays ; NCC - open 7 days a week)
different in repair service (APs might take a weeks to repair ; where Ori take an hour - because of lag in expertise )
different in repair quality (APs might provide recon parts to repair you phone ; where Ori mostly use original parts)
