QUOTE(andrekua @ Nov 28 2008, 06:17 PM) What Im saying is that the Nokia Map works. THe problem only exist with the GPS locking. When I start up the phone, the GPS doesnt seem to be able to get signal from the sattelite. Now if I turn off GPS and then on again, it lock on almost immediately. This is why I said it was strange. ooo...strange enough...maybe the satellite got problem...

QUOTE(toughnut @ Dec 2 2008, 08:37 AM) The screen can easily last you few years of continuous usage. 30 000 hours can easily last you 3.5 years, under continuous active state, which i assume u will kill the battery first. or...u will change the phone 1st...

QUOTE(Alexdino @ Dec 4 2008, 09:15 AM) for my Ap around 4 days? i think original battery would work better mine last 3days with normal usage... i tot AP or ORI use same battery...the diff is the warranty only...no?? quote from " wwwn95users.com\n85-power saver mode" » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This is more complex than you think. I had charged my phone up full capacity to take out with me for the weekend. I turned power saving mode ON at this point. To allow maximum standby time. Around 10 hours later, after less than an hours use it was flashing low battery. I though that's well strange so I turned the phone off to save it for later use. So I carry on regardless and then turn the phone back on a few hours later. Power saving was disabled at this point. What's interesting is that my battery was full.
Ok, maybe a it was a misreading by the phone ? I don't think so, when I switched back to Power Saving it immediately flashed low battery. When switched back to normal mode, again full battery. So I left the power saving mode OFF and the phone lasted me a further 20+ hours. Until I was back home and charged it. So the power saving feature must hold a "reserve" tank in the battery to use when it's activated. So using the normal power first is great, you then switch to power saving mode when it's low. And it uses the reserve tank of power Very clever if you ask me, and highly impressive.. any body have idea on this...true or wrong?? or is it just me who dont know this...
