Yup, N85 slide gets loose easy, in fact every dual slide phone from nokia is the same. N85 is considered much better compared to N95. Speaker not that nice is a fact too

QUOTE(Vint @ Jan 30 2009, 10:19 AM) Quite many of them update it themselves..takes around 20 min i think..but you can always send back to the place you bought your phone regardless of ap or ori and request for an update(you must ask them before buying).. But normally if go to normal hp retail shop... they will charge u for update the firmware... i heard ppl say its not cheap! but atleast its better thn update by ourself, i dun like to take such a risk. hahaand bout the d-pad..no problem with my set..only a minority of them complain bout the d-pad...if there's not much problem of the d-pad when you buy and you dont drop your phone..i doubt the d-pad part will get loose easily |

QUOTE(NoN@me @ Jan 30 2009, 09:49 AM) The bottom part of the phone (d-pad) is quit loose actually because of the glue is not strong enough. this is one of the main flaws of the phone which have been reported in the nokia forum. Depends on your luck when you purchase it,please check it by putting it horizontal and observe the button whether it is sticked straight enough and only accept the phone when you satisfied with it.QUOTE(NoN@me @ Jan 30 2009, 09:49 AM) 11.047, try to check the version on you phone by pressing *#0000# |
