since there are a few law students here..wanna ask sth..i have a photocopy of civil aviation act 1969...civil aviation regulations 1996. at the top right corner, there's "P.U. (A) 139" on every page.
what does P.U (A) 139 stands for? at the end of the book there's: QUOTE Made 12 January 1996 [KP/BU/0.283/1 JLD.4; PN.(PU2)38/IV.] Dato' Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik Minister of Transport what's that KP/BU....? the act is approved by minister of transport, only then can be used? need agung approval?
