is it able for me to credit transfer to aus or nz universities.for instance Utas 1year then transfer to other uni..
*
utas as in uni of tasmania in aussie? if so, u had better email them directly, no word is better than their own...

QUOTE(Xziled @ May 23 2009, 01:59 AM)
i thought contract was easy o_O
company was easy but a lot to write...came out similar to past year questions. Out of the 4 Qs i did, 3 came out exactly the same doh.gif though the last 1 different Q but the answer would be the same xD
*
yeah i was suprised at company. three similar questions, heck, but i couldn't remember the format. so i just wrote as i knew. even for succession they had a similar question in regard to the mutual wills question. sigh, dunno ah...will wait for august to see whether i did well or not...stupid timetable. will take me a long while to get over it. was that your last paper xziled? those stupid ppl at UUM pissed me off, so unorganized. such a simple thing to allocate seats among so many of them yet a few others and myself were dragged around looking for empty slots! aiyah, i wun have to deal with them anymore.......hopefully!

well, in inter i messed up my contract too, totally tot i failed but got an okay B in the end...so was ok la...Inter is a good learning process, u learn what u really need to do to do well. just relax and enjoy your holidays!! for those still having exams, good luck again!!

yea, ur timetable kinda bad lor..3 papers in a row rclxub.gif
hmm, luckily it didn't happen..hopefully never! if not i'll loose my composure then i'll screwed up the paper! grrr vmad.gif
but i didn't like the room at 6th floor ler...prefer the hall at 7th floor. The chair not comfortable la and so small so hard to write zzz..
my last paper on 4 June ler..stupid conflicts! ("cornflakes" laugh.gif )

Eh, u finished already rite? planning to chill and then look for a job or what? if u qualify for CLP, u're going to continue rite? and where to?

*
yeah, the tables on the 7th floor are bigger as well, more convenient for those who/have to rely heavily on statute books...haha, yeah im finished. plan to chill for a short while, then work. dun think i'll be doing clp, not gonna stay in malaysia for long. but if i were to do it, then will consider BAC...

and good luck for conflicts. quite a few of my frens doing conflicts as well...such a long break till that paper...i never like breaks that are too long between exams...tend to lose focus!

You will qualify for CLP ! Have faith on you !
Huh? Actually where do you guys sit for the exam  ?
Suppose to be in the college itself right ?
*
errr no. main exams for uol llb (and possibly all main uol exams during that period - assumption) are held at designated centres depending on where u wanna do the exam. if in KL, it's at Universiti Utara Malaysia...no offense to any uum students, but i thoroughly dislike that place...though i cant seem to think of another more feasible option sad.gif

i'm not sure about resits tho.

What , UUM ? We have to go there to sit for exams? Seriously ?
*
um yeah...better than going to putrajaya. if u take uol llm, u have to go to putrajaya ya...for llb in KL it's uum, but this year a few subjects were taken at another location. so it was partly at uum and partly at another place....not sure where coz didn't affect me so didn't take heed...

Aiks, it's okay smile.gif
CLP intake commences in sept every year ler...so around that time lor..

I meant to teach Part 2 like around now (as in thought of doing so)...but i think i will fail being a tutor/lecturer haha!!!
but if got any problems with studies esp. the same subjects i took then i'm  glad to help ler..alsree also sure can help tongue.gif
But hmm, there would be a lot of changes implemented in company law and conflicts since the new Regulations and Acts will come into force already later this year..so it will be easier for u guys i guess o_O dunno whether good or bad tongue.gif good = just learn the new law and dun need to know the old law unless they would still ask u in essay Qs. Bad = it's kinda new so application wise and there may be a lot of new cases for u guys.
*
eh, i dunno anything leh...

but will try to help nevertheless! thumbup.gif

For those of you who have graduated with an llb not recognised in singapore by the relevant prof body, if u have the finances, qualifications or the time and willing to practice in singapore, consider the smu JD.

QUOTE(ivanswk @ Aug 11 2009, 02:33 PM)
Hi anyone care to share their experiance on doing the LLM from University of London external program ?

From the UOl website the Programme summary

Postgraduate Diploma 10 sections (from up to 4 courses)  1-5 years  £4,230
LLM 4 courses (totaling 16 sections)  1-5 years  £6,390

anyone know is there any additional fees involve ?

thanks
*
you will have to pay additional examination fees totalling less than RM3k to the local board, but that is subject to change.

I dunno about other subjects, but for the UOL LLM in IP, the subject guides are pretty thin, and u can basically rely on them to get through. Whatever it is, the LLM is knowledge based, and is easier than any given LLB Part level examination imho.
