:

Graduate of a local university;

Holder of a Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) held by the Legal Qualifying Board of Malaysia

and in the cases of Sarawak, either

a graduate of a local university/holder of CLP/Australian graduate who has been called to the Bar.

The last word Bar is for australian bar?

the twinning arrangement between australian universities and local colleges must consist of maximum two academic years of study in malaysia.I cant understand the term 'maximum'

cie a level law has english legal system,tort and contract.we only study the extract only or whole books?

Leeds suppose to be the top 10 law school in uk however its ranking had dropped tremendously started from 2007.I thought manchester should be at least top 20 but its ranking is not high at all.

case is different in Guardian University guide.Manchester ranks 17 which is higher than cardiff. Aberystwyth and UWE rank at the bottom.I doubt this ranking list.It is not accurate.
In conclusion,Times is better than Guardian.
