what's the proper way to start the game??

let say..

"A" threw the disc.. and the disc went out (at side either left or right).. so where should we start?? from the out point? or from the center?

and also..

how close we can stand from the person that wanna throw the disc? "A player may keep the disc for longer than ten seconds if no marker is within three meters," from wiki.

but how close??

so,, which brickmark (X or Y) should "B" bring the disc??

coz sometime i heard people play with 8 seconds
