Actually it turns out that it's the website chinese encoding problem.At the page where u wanna watch the movie (the popup player page) change your page encoding to western european (windows)
and it will play.
At the toolbar -> Page -> Encoding -> Western European (Windows)
Try it and see whether it works for u.
