SP3 is the final service pack, but monthly updates will still be released until further notice.

FYI, even Win2000 are still getting monthly updates as of today.

What edition of Vista are you using?

By the way, there are only 9, as the last item is an update for Microsoft Office 2007, which is the SP1. It has been released for quite some time, i think last year, unless of course you just installed Office 2007 recently.

Even in Vista the file size are quite small this round.

For MS Office, depends, if it is a Service Pack, it will take longer.

You can also go to Microsoft Download Center to download the updates and install manually later.

Usually I do that only for Service Packs.

For the monthly updates, I prefer using Windows Update

Usually they are some security & stability updates.

And these updates come every month, on the 2nd Tuesday (it will be early Wednesday morning in Malaysian Time).
