This seems like a franchise business. Check to see if they have MFA certification before getting into the business.

Kasturi Klasik is the main company doing this business and their main product is soft ice cream. There have strong support to whoever entrepreneur who buy their package whether the entrepreneur want to do the business by their own or want to buy the package and rent it back to company.
Rent back to company actually is the back up plan for whoever entrepreneur who fail doing soft ice cream business after they bought the package. At the same time there is many people have money but no time to run the business. Then rent back to company will come in place.
