hahaha...yesss i know..i've been bulking also...almost a month..
quite good progress..not sure if its water weight or wat la...
kinda worried about the tummy already hahaa..
target to bulk to 70KG..then maintain with a low body fat level..

guysss need some answers..
is it normal that that i dont get the soreness after a workout the next morning anymore..

anything wrong is it just normal..
anyways..why do we get the sore anyways..
does that means we had a great workout..or wat..

well the weights are increasing la..the amount im able to carry more than i started..

@alzaim- Reps, sets, weights, exercises. Again bodybuilding is all about feel. You could go low reps with heavy weights, high reps with low weights, low weights until failure, heavy weights till failure etc. Change your routine every few months, choose the best routine that can shock your muscles.

haha how fast do you go thru a tub of whey man...
roughly 7 scoops per day..

i should increase my whey intake now la..
dont think gettin enough from normal food..

but my grip is too weak man haha..
