plus, my trainer says its the bad hunching posture. i need to sit up straight.

How do you count your bodyfat percentage with the clippers anyway? I have my measurement taken, but dunno the formula.

Got my measurement taken yesterday. No changes to the chest, but got improvement overall. Slow, but its there.tongue.gif

For abs, just basic crunches and the pull up your legs thingy (cant remember the name). Dint care much for the abs anyway. Rather get great overall shape than abs.

Since its been quiet for a while, heres a recent picture of mine for my June progress pic.

Weight - 60kg

Basically no weight or height changes from last 2 months, but the overall body measurement is better than 2 months ago.

LOL, the picture looks better than the actual thing. My chest exercises basically Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Vertical Chest Press and Push-ups. Basic ones. 10x4.
