Actually I have no idea lol. I turns up at the gym (company's gym) and my PT (company's PT) orders me around to do stuffs based on his charts which he'll rotate every once in a while. Its good to have a PT who doesnt need to think of only making money I guess. Probably my company pays him enough already lol.

Although I do think my progress is kinda slow, but I'll take slow progress than no progress at all. thumbup.gif

P.s. Yeah, I have no idea what lats mean either. Isit the one near the shoulder and neck? sweat.gif

I used to go swimming every week. Now dont have enough time.
Will probably do 10-20 minutes jog everyday from now on.

Haha.Im ecto ler.Not that easy to gain weight/muscle. And my progress is quite slow.
