I bet he can't military press an oly bar.

No shoulders looks horrible. It will look like a longkang. Instead of flat shoulders, you have caved-in ones.

And girls notice that... because I've got girls saying that they are surprised that I actually have some muscles on my trap, despite I being damn skinny and ikan-bilis-small sized.

Not that my traps are mountainous like Darklight's ones, but they are there and somewhat visible... if you squint & look reeeaaaally hard. X^D

It's possible, even Terry Gallyot told me so BUT it is extremely difficult and it takes years and years of experience and knowing your own body through and through. Which is why beginners and even intermediates shouldn't even think of trying it.
Lol bro. Some people should take a look at you in real life. You're even more impressive than your progress pics. Even i was impressed. To have trained just a few years naturally with just basic supplements, you've come a long way. If you go for the next H & F meet up, you'll wow a lot of people especially with those arms of yours. I'd say you have definitely great genetics for your biceps.
*
Wow, thanks, actually my training schedule is all going haywire this semester plus the exhaustion after coming back from Muar for the whole day. Not sure if I can keep training like this next semester.

You can. When you first start, the first few days or the first week you'll feel like shit. After that you'll be fine. It takes around 2 weeks to fully get used to the lag period but you'll be fine by then.
*
Nay, this is my 3rd month being posted full time in Muar. Sometimes before going to the gym I'd take a 10 min nap, but still sometimes I get this throbbing headache half way through my training and have to reduce the weight load. So for prophylaxis I'd pop a T. paracetamol 500mg and go to gym after my preworkout shake + a small cup of coffee from that coffee maker at the ground floor.

Also, I'm not getting my 8 hour sleep a night, more like 4-5 hours a night.

It's been a while since I last posted a front progress pic. I'm not the rippest guy here, but oh well. Plus my chest is the most resistant part to grow, it likes to be flat. However, ever since darklight corrected my bench press form the other day, I can extend my chest more since I had to force myself to let the bar touch my chest. Before this my shoulder joint was very rigid and it won't stretch further.

Can't be bothered about my abs, this is Malaysia anyway, the food here is a good ab smoothener.

Recent back pic as in the avatar.

Go.

Thanks.

I use to have a long neck before I started training, and now it's growing faster than the rest of the body, especially that damn chest...any tips on training the chest?

I feel that after doing smith machine incline bench press and replace BB bench press with DB bench press for 1 month+ is making my stabilizing muscles weaker, I tried flat BB bench press the other day and I was wobbling like a jelly with 90lbs. Which means, it's back to flat BB press this week.

Damn this gym doesn't have a incline bench with a free barbell rack, and no decline bench, lat pull down, calf raise machine, and the bar is missing from the cable machine set. and no pec deck flye machine, They should sell that triceps machine and shoulder press machine and put a set of heavier DBs. I've been doing 50lbs DB press for a very very long time...

I wish I could do a proper lat spread...if it weren't for my sublaxated left shoulder.

Its been 1 month from my previous post in this thread.

Pictures taken today, I need advice on how to pose from Kmaru, because my positions in the pictures look awkward.

I'm still fluctuating within the 80-82kg range.

Haha thanks, but honestly I seldom train my arms. Ask Darklight if he had ever saw me doing any bicep curls in the gym. I don't know why people notice my arms more.

Haha, front double bi, can't seem to get that picture right. Once I flex everything get flattened up, then it's not pretty anymore.

Front double bi, told you everything will get flattened up once I flex. Note the high bf%.

Liking the arms no doubt lol. Not planning to cut bodyfat level anytime soon? You're big, but a lil more definition would be really nice. smile.gif

Thanks and I do get very jealous of seeing other people being huge and lean, but as I read more about clean foods as I train, I think I'll continue to bulk relatively clean first for a few more years before I start considering on cutting. My excuses:

1. My studies require a lot of energy. I have to stand for almost 6 hours a day, 4 days a week plus walking around, rushing around everyday when the lecturer summons us at a gathering point so we won't be late for attendance. Can't afford to be in a carb depleted state and suffer the effects of it, at least not this month. Tried going for a low carb diet of one day and couldn't stand being like a zombie when I have to concentrate for studies and career determining major exams.
2. A bit confused about the whole cutting thing, so might as well not jump into it, and practice what I feel is safe.
3. Can't turn away friends' offer to go to steamboat, Old Town, McD, KFC, bak kut teh, otherwise they'll say I didn't give face, antisocial etc, plus I like the company of friends.
4. Spent too much on food, no money to buy new pants. If I cut, I'd need to buy new pants, currently I'm wearing a belt so that I can still wear my pants which I bought not more than a year ago. Use to be very bloated a few months ago, probably it's because of the creatine. I was never a fat/flabby person. Since I've stopped taking creatine for a few months now, my belly has reduced by 1-2 inches.
5. I'm not very obsessed about getting lean, I never go out half naked, no one is going to look at me half naked, I'm not working for any modeling agency or going to participate in any BB competitions and I just want to look big under a T-shirt so at least people would think twice before messing with me, and trust me, people DO treat you better when you're a bigger. biggrin.gif

Nice job!

BTW, how come your right delts is rounder and bigger eh?
*
Thanks! My left delt has always been smaller since the beginning (see my avatar), plus my recent left shoulder sublaxation/partial dislocation, it wasn't easy training my left delt. Not everyone is perfect right?

lighting is one of the reason, one more thing is we all are still amature... 5%- 7%bf won't give us the look like the Olympia.... Wonder why their body fat is 3%- 5%, because they need to have a tighter look and sharper cuts..

I heard they dehydrate themselves the night before the competition with alcohol so their skin looks tight in the next morning.
