ALong the line, breakfast added up to 10 eggs, whey protein was added in between meals (in class too), cans of tuna was swallowed with water and milk. I did a lottttt to gain that weight.

Go with 10 half boiled eggs. RM3.20 I think.
Some oats . Less than 0.50 cents
Dump all the kuih, buy a can of tuna, and eat in between. Then go brush your teeth
Add more nasi since it's probably just about free.
Eat the yolks, god knows who told you not to eat yolk.
Kuih is free lol. I dont really eat fish. But I guess I have to make sacrifices.
