I have not take any pic for this year.. Heres my stack:
Pre workout: Creatine Ethyl Esther(CEE) + Glucose
Tongkat Ali + Nescafe
During Workout: Amino Acids (Purple Wrath from CL)
Banana

After Workout: 2-3 scoops protien shake. (Im taking True Mass rite now)

And i dont eat clean at all nowadays. i wanna build more mass..Maybe 90Kg would be fine..
i consume everything (since im working as a book salesman, so im quite busy going here n there). Usually i just go to Mcd Drive thru n grab d lunch set (12-3pm) aahhahahaha
To gain more size, consume more complex carbs..i love sweet potato! (can get at Jusco)
And for workout, always remember, change it from time to time...
