This week finally reach 59 kg. The heaviest I've been so far. but keep dropping to 57 and up back to 59. *sigh*

Eh my chest didn't improve much from when I first started out in June... even my back and legs made quite good gains in just 4 months (started doing them in Dec). I am just seriously hoping it is not caused by genetics sad.gif

Btw what's an apollo belt?

And Veekster.. your progress is inspirational for skinnies like me! Awesome body thumbup.gif

meal plan like below

bfast : Oatmeal + telur + susu/kopi @ omelet
10 AM : tuna sandwich/peanut butter sandwich
lunch : nasi campur + dada ayam + telur + sayur
post-wo : protein shake
dinner : chicken rice
supper : susu
