Emino. I can see your shoulder is rounder and bigger than last year. Good job. And some tricep definition also. Try to flex it to make the muscle fiber especially on the shoulder to come out. More nice to see thumbup.gif

try to flex like this. Can see tricep. And try to do it under light. So can cast shadow on your muscle definition smile.gif If too bright nothing also can be seen

yea..i barely got any lats..and my shoulders aint near that..but..ahahha..im about half ur size i think....maybe a but taller thats bout it...i think
