Details of the complaint :
I wanted bought the onda mp4 with him. He said that i needed to bank in the RM100 to avoid me ffk. He said that his account got some problem, so ask me to bank in to his girl friend's account, Norzawiyah Yusak, account no: 158220599218. After that, he said he had tested the mp4 and found some problems, so he recommended me to buy the meizu mp4. I didn't want, he said he would give me that the refund... until now.. he had no reply at all.

It's quite difficult to report to the police coz you know the way they work. eg: your wallet was stolen, you go to this police station, they said you should go to another police station.. quite troublesome..
