if he really wanna help out by tracking down PE,then he should do so,if he refuses to do so,then he MIGHT actually know where PC is but he just hide form u guys.
666,if u really wanna help those victim,do a gathering at police station and lodge the police report,since u can provide most of the informations needed to the police.
