i think they might be a leak on your dry cabinet.
Please check with your supplier.
They ideal humidity level is 45%, or can be between 40%-50%

from what's i've read, silica gel will always dry up the humidity. If it's been use for long, it can always be recondition back to previous state.

but the problem with silica gel, you could never know the humidity level within your case/box.
The amount you put, might be good, or might me too much. If too much, it will drain your gear moisture, if too little, it will never protect your gear.
One thing i can advise you is to get a hygrometer. This meter shows the level of humidity in contain case/box. Therefore you could know wether you have enough silica gel or not.
