For DIY or budget solution, use the following parts..

1. Digital Temp / RH / Clock ( cost around RM25-50 only at Jln Pasar )
http://shashinki.com/shop/shashinki-digita...lay-p-2744.html

2. Electronic Moisture Absorber ( I found one around the house used for hanging at clothes closet, so RM0 )

3. A transparent & air-tight box

To be sure the readings are accurate, I have an Arduino microcontoller with DHT11 temp / relative humidity sensors and the measurements are as follows :-

In the room is around 70 RH / 29-30C

In the DIY dry box , the RH drops from 70% to around 40-50% after a few hours

Or for those that do not want to mess with DIY stuff , just get those Karakka box ( google for it ) but it uses analog gauge RH meter..

Anyone know where I can get an accurate digital hygrometer that can measure up to 0.1% of humidity from 5% to 99% RH ?

Price is not a problem.

Make one using the follow choice of sensors :-

http://www.ladyada.net/learn/sensors/dht.html

http://www.techtoys.com.hk/Components/SHT1x/SHT1x.htm

They are between +/- 2% to +/- 5% RH ...

Relative Humidity is a ratio depends on the current temp, not sure if it can go so low as 0.1%

Hhmmm, the recommended RH for digital SLR is between 40-50% RH, so +/- 5% is quite acceptable la.. as it also it is relative to the temp too...

More accurate, the prices goes up la...

Is it for other purpose or something ??
