I cant connect to xb live.. I get long period sign-in(5 mins) process when I connect to xb live, after that I get another message say: "cant sign into messenger" and I got disconnected.
I turn off the console and turn on again many times, still get the same result... Any1 able to help me to solve this problem?

p/s: my xb360 console is an elite version.

Probably bad connection on Streamyx .

bad connection on streamyx? strange... my friend who is staying in same area never affected with that. ><
btw, does any1 knows the "reset" button to flush system data?

When run the test connect setup then can signin, but when go to desktop then cant,

ok, I m going to take xb360 to my friend's house to test it out this afternoon. If I can access to xb live in his house, then it must be "screamyx" issues. Else, the console is "kaput"...

Means you kept getting disconnected from Live after signing in ?

This isn't a symptom for the 360 to kaput , don't worry .

Can sign in but cant login to XBL, even from the begining

Do a troubleshoot thru the network setting , see what it said .

I don't quite understand that you can sign in , but can't login , its either both or none .

i have the same problem. try turning off your windows firewall..it worked fine after i turn off my firewall..

btw i'm using maxis BB...

Did you try resting your router? Some ip can't make you log into XBL. For example those starting 124.xx.xxx.xx

Do you have other modem? Try make a direct connect using the Xbox and see weather can or not.

Hmm... I think there's somethig wrong with the net again. Web sites loading extremely slowing, timing out, or erroring out. MSN connecting and disconnecting.. XBL behaving very weird.

Yup.. definetly a TMNut problem.

got the same problem before. i end up remove and recover my profile and wala is working again.

Run out of idea,

After shutting down the firewall (router), it helps - able to sign-in, but downloads will stop after a period (few hours maybe)

Believing also streamyx problem,
MSN on PC keep on disconnecting

i never really downloaded anything big off live yet...lol...probly the biggest are the halo3 maps...other then that none..but they work ok...

Small items its ok,
Big ones like game demo is so hard to complete
