just managed to connect now, needed to log off and log back on to steam to get in, it didnt auto connect.

okay, the nickname incident was confirmed a misunderstanding. the fella was trying to make a joke, but as we all know the internet sometimes causes our jokes to fail, even when we try our hardest. mystery solved

i dont think so mate, it seems there are some poor unfortunate souls like yourself that are screwed regardless of whichever server you play on due to the gateway that your local node connects to. for me on the occasion that i connect to a 218.111 ip, it happens as well, everything becomes slow. thankfully for me, the chances of that happening are quite low most of the time, but so are the chances for my magic number of 60.49, thus i normally get stuck in the middle somewhere, usually a 60.53 or 60.51 that gives me either starhub OR eclub at sucky levels.

i think i played the old DoD for HL1, wasnt my thing either, i too prefer bf1942, i'm an ace pilot who loves flying the skies of el alamein

i would be playing tf2 but exam+assignments stress is building up. so i'll be playing sparingly for the next month or so, all the submission dates got delayed, and for those lazy bums like me, thats never good

on a side note of weird internet experiences, i've had instances when i was on eclub at 30+ping, and still lagged, but joined BestGN's aussie servers with pings of 130+ and had no problem playing. talk about weird.

yeap, which is why i rarely, if ever, join eclub servers these days. its usually starhub, with the occasional late night nonsensical killing at BVPN

i agree with you mate, i spent quite some time looking up spy gameplay vids, and the one thing i notice in regards to the "good" spy players of the west is they dont have to deal with so much paranoia as compared to us eastern spies. tis unfair >.<

i wonder if i'll get luck and hit 100
