It is the special version of Vista. Highly likely not retail.

They give you several (RED)-themed customizations, including six new desktop wallpapers, a new screen saver, two new Windows Sidebar gadgets, and a new Windows DreamScene. That's it.

Guys.. I know what is the Red version. What I don't know is, whether it's under retail license or oem. :S

Definitely not retail. Highly likely is company-specific OEM license, which is even cheaper than normal OEM.

Ah. ok. Well, still one last resort. I'ma try installing the 64-bit version with the key I got from Dell then when my notebook arrive and see if it can be activated.

Thanks.
