I think i read it here before discussing about motors at federal, they have their point. The motor lanes are always dark and people are robbing in there, worse still it's badly flooded when rains come down

yes u can just report to police that he is riding in the middle of the highway and i`m sure, u are off the hook. unless other driver on the scene report that u hit the bike for fun
