best of both worlds tongue.gif
so whats the results??

Yes, coz now you idle like and EVO and rev like VTEC.. I'm not sure if you can call that the best of both worlds.. tongue.gif I've never been a fan of rumbling 3 inch exhaust. It just displaces the image of the car a little too much. BTW, I've just removed the 2 cat cons in my downpipe today and I almost got what I wanted.. the car is not loud on idle and loud on full throttle.. and does not sound like VTEC or EVO.... ahhahahaha....

Just one more cat can to go.. this one's going to be a headache to remove...

leave the cat on tongue.gif

anyways, does driving in a colder ambient temperature yields better fuel consumption? unsure.gif
assume same driving style, same traffic conditions

Big diffence, esp if you run turbos. I tested that when I did my KL-Kuantan-KL run in one day on Friday in almost the exact same traffic conditions. Fuel consumption in the morning run was about 20% less fuel than the mid-day run back to KL.

Morning outside temp was 26C in KL and reach Kuantan about 30C.. however afternoon run started at 32C and reached KL 34C.

The rebate works when you renew your roadtax or if you have renewed your roadtax starting from 1st April 2008, then you are eligible to claim once they have implemented the mechanism to allow users to claim.

Likewise, if you've have renewed your roadtax before 1st April 2008, then you would have to wait for next year before you can renew your roadtax and claim tongue.gif

so don't bankai so much tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

i didn't go to automotive genesis today after getting the quotation from howiechoo that it will cost me RM100 to remove my front components, amplifier at the trunk and refit my front and rear stock speakers. so i decided to diy the whole thing with nefrideum's help.

Took 5 Hours to do the following.
Remove door panels (2x) to change the speakers.
Remove A-pillar panels (2x) to remove the tweeters.
Panel below steering to pull the cross-over cables.
Glovebox to pull the cross-over cables.
Handbrake panel
Middle console
Whole headunit panel inclusive of aircond controls.
Remove extra wires and RCA etc and reconnect previous wiring.
All panels from front passenger side to the rear seats.
Remove rear C-pillar panels.
Remove headrests.
Remove brakelamp
Remove speaker panel layering.

Then after installing all, reverse procedure sweat.gif

Also removed my instrument meter to remove those EL-meters I had.
