actually if u wen 2 honest shop they might still sell at old price since they order bulk~
da shop i always wen bought 1 time bulk at least 10 cartons for each rating~

basically i heard they increasing on 1st of julai
but due 2 left overs old stock they doin FIFO 1st till finish only sell wit new price in my area~
i jus sapu 2carton of semi syn 10-40w n saw they still got 6 new carton un open wen i follow him up 2 d store room 2 help him take stock~
