Guys girls guys girls guys girls....
OK, I need some serious teamwork here.
People with strong psychological insights.
I need to know what is eating people.
When a dog that is treated like a family member...
...died after a decade of strong bonding.
And the person became soooo mutha(wordnotavailablehere) depressed in life...
...she doesn't want to meet new people.
How to help / change / make this person live normally again.
I NEED CREATIVE BUT PRACTICAL IDEAS!!! URGENT!
U may use these helpful info from a book:
COPING WITH THE LOSS OF A DOG:
1. Losing a pet can be as difficult as losing any other family member.
2. Let friends/family know what ur going thru.
3. DO NOT ASSUME, though, that a new dog can replace the one you lost - dogs are individuals.
4. New dog - may or may not make situation better. It all depends on your dog's personality. Take time for good decision making.
5. An older dog might be a better choice than a rambunctious puppy.
Very simple , Empathize with her , Meaning get her to talk and dont say a word , every few minutes say *aha , Hmmm , Oh...* , kiss her a lot and be affectionate , dont give advise and dont force get he to be happy , There is a thread here somewhere in this forum about the book MEN ARE FROM MARS and WOMEN ARE FROM VENUS , Now is a good time to read the book and follow its advise..
