Elbow to wrist. Pretty big. I did mine in Blackcat tattoo, Sunway. Around 5-6 inches colored for rm700.

That of course would be more. You would be looking at around perhaps 1.5K? I'm not too sure as it vary from the design as well apart from the size.

Get your design printed out, then go to a tattoo artist and get their quote. But make sure the tattoo artist is good and reliable. Paying more would sometimes be worth it because you should understand once its f***ed, its really f***ed. 

I would suggest the place where I did my recent tattoo (the pic I posted). Blackcat tattoo in Sunway Pyramid. They are professionals. The thing I like about there is the artist would actually tell you what you should do or not, giving you ideas of the outcome and make sure you get a decent work. Another thing I like is, they play heavy metal/ metal while tattooing. Fuuuu the feeling just best. 

You should check them out and you can tell that me, Sarvin, the guy with the cobra and drumstick tattoo highly recommended this place. Who knows, he might get you a good price
