Looking to do a half sleeve but need to cover up existing tribal tattoo on left arm. Thinking of japanese waves motif. Any good artist that does Japanese motif? maybe just black with maximum 2-3 colors. Thanks.

Best to consult the tattoo artist. For Japanese, try to look for Khang Wei from Pink Tattoos, Taco Joe from Wayang Kulit, Jiun from Inkcraft, Nick Chang from Mao Tattoo, Yang Lee to name a few. Look at their Instagram accounts for tattoos they have done. Research then consult during appointment.
