Can workout and also sweat, but no swimming and steam rooom,sauna and sun bathing for around 2 weeks. This is to take care of your tattoo and also help to heal your tattoo faster.
Because, when you have your tattoo done, ur skin will need time to heal.If you go for the activited mentioned above, ur tattoo might be disclored and after it heals the color will not turn out that nice.Why?Ink deposite dunder ur skin will need time to dry and remember, the tattoo process also is actually like a minor surgery, which will leave a "scar" on your skin, this is why you need tpo avoid those activites to let it heal properly.
Fastest healing will be one week, or else 2- 3 weeks depends on how ur body heals.
Normally, one month is better and after healing, if your tattoo seems to be abit discolor, u can always go back for a touch up. Touch up is free.

Buy this cream-bepanthen from pharmacies like Watson or gurdian or any other pharmacies, they should have it. Good for healing tattoo.

Huge contain of chlorine would not be good for your skin.

lefty : Is that a sketch or maybe edit from someone's tattoo? so that sample there is how much? too many words as in it cannot be done? or will charge more? i dun mind the words a bit smaller than the wing xD

as mentioned, different people have different tolerance of pain...
but one thing though, after a while, you'll get use to the pain... kinda numb to it....

the part i hate most is when there's a phone call or my tattoo artist need a ciggie break...
cause then i have to go through the initial pain period again...

well, you still can go swimming just not 2 weeks to 1 month after you get your tattoo done.
let it heal completely first then you can swim all you want...

from the wing that u edited, there's a 2nd pic beside it where there's a spreaded wing also but it doesn't have to be that specific one ler..coz i'm still considering whether it should be the way it is as the pic u edited or a spreaded-out wing ler...
