U can ask them to perfect it until u agree with the design lar..
of course, dont walk out like that lor...
I think some will ask for a deposit 1st and some dont lor..
If you are not sure of what you really want, may try to look into different resources then comunicate with the artists lor...

Can, u pay they will do lar, no such thing as simple tattoo then ask those not so expereinced people to do lar.U can request the the master to do ur tattoo. U are the pay master, well, consumer rights ma...

u can ask for temporary at tattoo shop. quite cheap for the size. but buy tix go thailand already not worth it lol
