Morning guys!! I've come to decide to get a tattoo this year(1st time) but there's a few challenge or let's say confusion I have. Hope to seek advise.
1) let's say I chose to do it on my arm, at the same time, I'm working out too. Will it defect the tattoo?
2) how long does it take to heal? I mean like literally dry off and like normal. I wear long sleeve everyday to work so it'll cover the tattoo up, will it delay the healing process?
Thanks

Thanks 1) unless your arm is skinny as hell and u wanna work out till it looks like a cannon .. then yes ... not trying to offend u but just using logic wise its like drawing on a piece of elastic paper then u stretch it ... yes it will defect the tattoo ... but if u just stretch it a little bit ... it won't affect the design much ... so it actually depends on how 'far' u are going to work out ur arm 2) can't remember off the top of my head but should be minimum 1 week for the skin to have the dry skin and scabs then by the 2nd week it will start peeling annd 3rd week onwards should be smooth and u wear long sleeve it's fine i don't think it'll affect much but just remember not to press against it if not ur shirt will get dirty and it is kinda permanent ... as long as u don't wear skin tight shirts which will press against ur skin so much that there's no air for it to breathe then yes it will delay the healing process. i would suggest extra care during the first 2 weeks ... that's one of the areas that will define the end product most of the time This post has been edited by yeahh: Feb 17 2014, 10:54 PM

Hi guys, anybody knows if tattooing in east malaysia is cheaper than in west malaysia? Planning for a vacation there and if there is really price difference I don't mind killing 2 birds with one stone.
I have 2 now, which around 1k each, did them in kl.

hey guys. so basically i have one tattoo already on my back, in the middle of it. and people usually say that if u do tattoo near spine, it will hurt like hell, and yes, it does, but still bearable.
the question is, i wanted to add a new tattoo, maybe on my chest or my back, near the shoulder blade. I'm looking for a Nordic, Viking design. I google a few, and i kinda like the design, but i think its inappropriate to just grab a google pic and ask the parlour to ink it into me. So if i want the tattoo artist to design a Nordic/Viking tattoo for me, will they charge is separately, or is it included in the package? how much usually they charge just for design?

QUOTE(AccelTech @ Jun 5 2013, 10:15 AM) My tattoo artist once told me to apply the cream which treats burns and wounds for the first week. Second week just apply as usual but not much. Ointment is one thing but you should not stretch the area which covers your tattoo. Do not attempt to scratch it even if it itches. Drillz of my ink. Quite noob if i must say, can't make it to full sleeve due to my girlfriend's parents does not like ink that much. Things we do for love. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « how much tis cost?

Is there any recommendation for tattoo artist around KL area as I plan to get a oriental style dragon chasing the pearl at the back of my body and to cover up one small existing tattoo?
How much I should budget for the back tattoo with color?

How much I should budget for the back tattoo with color? google's your best friend here. there are some recommendations a few pages back if im not mistaken. i know it's alot to read. but u can come back here with tattoo artists' names and perhaps we can give feedback on their work and designs? im not into oriental styles so would not be able to give you feedback on who maybe others can help depending on how big your back tattoo is and also how good your artist is.
