Toyota EE90 (1.5 SOHC) old carburetor engine clocking extremely low mileage. Can?

Full tank (RM60), can only go up to 250+- in Klang Valley, 300 - 380 on h/way.

Am interested, but currently outstation. PM me more details, what is included for RM350? what will you do and how often do I need to service. I am a heavy footer.
