hi all,

anyone can tell me where should i go to change ringtone folder under internal memory to use as ringtone selection ? i remember have to use regedit but i forget whicha area should i change ?

new to diamond..

I cant find where i should edit as above. Here is what i do.. HKCU>Control panel\Sound categories\ring

where should i change ? from ring to storage card ? but seems changes not allow. Under Directory? I find i at this screen - Value name - Directory. Value Data - \Windows\.

thanks baronic. i noted the way u mention. I thought if to launch it frm storage card more music can load. anyway thanks for the info.

what is loud ringing patch ? in fact i feel the ringing tone is soft...can make it louder ?

btw, before i search forum later to9 can diamond have function like nokia grouping calls ? recommended call blocking apps ? pls pm me. i know we not allow to share this publicly.

in fact, it will be gd idea to list MUST have apps at the 1st page i thought...

oh..so after install this tat ? er...ie those apps as 1st page ? ie the advanced config... what would be the normal % ? mine one always at 70%.
2nd. i notice whenever theres call come in, contact number show +60xxxxxxx . is it mean all the times when save contact must in this format ? else the name of the person will not shown ? in fact the defaut area code (425) i let it blank..

so is it mean at default > Contacts i should add (+6) ?

guys, how do i make my diamond connected the internet when my laptop is connected to streamyx ? i thought when active sync run > i click opera browser it will auto connected . do i missing something here ? any settings i need to do at diampond ?

yeah i did the same way.. cause i search thru the web.. in fact it should be just plug n wah la.. internet run on diamond.. but when i do so..i saw my Maxis network running.. then i click it ( on top the network bar ) i saw the Maxis 3g is counting the seconds im in de.. so it means it charging ? or is just a second counter..

Is it mean im being charged by Maxis for the data ? cause i see Maxis Internet - seconds is running.. is it normal if using active sync to connect internet by using Diamond? if its normal means i scared hell of myself..

perhaps how do i see if its charging me ? what does u guys shown when connected internet using active sync ? does the icon also shown the same ? the network bar just change to 3G then Data On.

i have untick it at the activesync. However it still CANT. What do i miss here ? everything is default. I have also check the Setting>Connection>Advanced. everything is default. The 1st one is Maxis 3G internets setting 2nd on My Home Network.

I have also tried the 1st one under MY Isp nothing happen also.

My diamond show - internet connection error.

WiFI its ok.

any ideas ?

i have the advanced config tools installed. should i set it auto proxy ? would it help ?
