New diamond owner here. Btw it's my 1st PDA phone and, perhaps i press too fast it hangs few times / loading too slow when accessing the camera. I also having difficulties playing .rmvb files, and totally cant play .flv files at all....any solution?

Brought it at Lowyat touch diamond conceptual store (actually PDA expert), 2800 included htc mobile charger, 2 way usb + audio jack cable...

Dammit, i dont know what's the phucking wrong with my diamond, sometimes always it mute by itself, it not normal mute, it's TOTALLY MUTE, cant even play songs, set volume also not sound, even answer call also cant hear anything. Happens randomly, anyone facing this problem also?

I did not install anything. After i brought i did a Hard reset. Didnt install a single thing at all now.

ROM Date: 05/28/08

Tolong~~~~~ always "no sound" by itself. Seriously cant answer call, cant dial, cant listen to music, adjust volume also no sound at all....

May i know where is the SIS warranty shop? Estimates how long will it take? Damm sien la this is my 1st PDA turns out to be like this.

Okay i've discovered how my "total mute & silent" for no reason.

1st: Bluetooth - After bluetooth conversation, entire diamond muted.
2nd: Received SMS during conversation. My diamond will totally muted, this often occured.
3rd: Idle for long time - wtf...auto muted.
4th: Randomly ...wtf..muted

Muted - Volume adjust no sound, music sound cant be heard, phone call no ringtone, when answered, no sound from both person either, sms notification no sound.

Solution - SOFT RESET.

But i've hard reset it for the 3rd time.

No other solution other than sending back to SIS? i hardly have time during weekend, how to send it for inspection or warranty?

Disappointed.

wanna ask, can i use my diamond as a 3g / hsdpa devices on my laptop? thru normal maxis 3g, coz i subscribe rm99 package. thanks.

Sent my diamond back to SIS in lowyat on sunday. Need 3 - 4 days to inspect the problem as they said my "auto muted" issue was not common. ZzzzzzzzzzzzzzZz

K collected my diamond today noon. Everything is fine, sound no more problem, rom upgraded to 1.37. Problem is now i realize TouchFlo3D is causing lot of memory leak and lags too much. Thou it's fancy and awesome, i would prefer a normal Today where else i can browse my appointments and the processing speed is tons faster.

Hope next rom release fix the lagginess of TFL3D
