bring it back to SIS for warranty. maybe its a bad flash. bring back to them and ask them to fix

PDA Expert sold out the TD? I went to LY just now (around 4pm) and theres at least 20-30 sets - ground floor (various shops)

Really? Cool .... must check them out on Thursday when I`m down there. I went to Midvalley, Digital Mall and Pyramid ... no stock. But then they say stock will arrive in PJ on Wednesday. I prefer PDA Expert coz I`m not that pro until I don`t need after sales service. If I screw up my system, I can just do a hard reset, bring it back to PDA Expert and ask them to install all my critical softwares again. So far, have got 2 PDAs from them (D810 and TyTnII and no regrets ... yet)

hey friend, sorry to hear that your phone keypad got problem.. but i believe the sis will serve you best. if got any problem then just tell me, i will try to talk to their service department head to take good k of u all...

Just another note. I saw on MobileSquare Singapore that the Diamond is 958sgd. It also states there it is HTC 1 Year Warranty. What does that mean? Is it under SiS Warranty or some funny HTC Warranty?

May i know where is the SIS warranty shop? Estimates how long will it take? Damm sien la this is my 1st PDA turns out to be like this.

it is singapore HTC warranty, SIS is the authorised service center by HTC

guess what? i sent my Touch Diamond for rom upgrade. took 2 hours. After two hours they give me back with the skin peeled. They damaged my Diamond. I scold the shit out of them upside down inside out. They apologise, and say they will replace for me. Now i no diamond, waiting for them to resolve.

oh dear baronic.. u forgot to scold them left & right and front & back, otherwise you will get a brand new unit. btw, why the rush for a rom upgrade? any significant enhancements? why not wait for the downloadable version? seriously, i'm always worried for service center comittment to keep your mobile devices back in one piece, back here in malaysia.

so may i ask if wan buy pda under sis warranty or ap set better/?coz some ap set got 15 month warranty

dun get ap...ap is actually overseas set. get from SIS local better. pda no such thing as ap actually. Its actually smuggled overseas set, and their own company provide warranty. so if their shop close down your warranty is screwed.


IMPORTANT UPDATE (bluetooth stack problem): It appears that after using Bluetooth A2dp, your pda will have "vibration non stop" as well as phone totally mute problems. This is reported by other members in XDA. I'll run a check up on the latest 1.37 rom and see if this is fixed, as well as other issues. Stay tuned.

the price will 99 percent not drop. its a different line of pdas. one has keyboard one doesnt. if u understand product line, u'll know why the price of diamond will not drop.
